Big rig driver discovers body of 19-year-old along roadside in Rosenberg

ROSENBERG, Texas – Authorities are investigating the death of a man whose body was found lying along the side of the road in Rosenberg.

According to Rosenberg police, the driver of an 18-wheeler pulled over to the side of the road on Interstate 69 South, under the Kroesche Road overpass, around 4:48 a.m. Tuesday.

While walking around his truck, the driver saw the body and called police and EMS to the scene.

Police say the deceased is 19 years old, but his identity has not been released at this time.
