TEXAS CITY, Texas – Texas City police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl Tuesday evening.
The teen told investigators she was walking home from Texas City High School along 9th Avenue when a man pulled his car alongside her.
As she walked past his car, she saw his pants were down and he began speaking to her in Spanish.
The man is described as Hispanic, approximately 25 to 30 years old, weighing 180 to 220 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
The vehicle is described as a black four-door, early 2000's model, possibly a Chevrolet. It may be missing a front hubcap.
