Six Flags Texas theme parks to add new rides for 2016

HOUSTON – New rides are coming to the Texas Six Flags theme parks for 2016.

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation announced three new rides each at both Six Flags over Texas in Arlington and Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio.

Six Flags Over Texas will expand the Gotham City section to include three new rides for next year: The Riddler Revenge; Catwoman Whip, a spin and tilt ride; and Harley Quinn Spinsanity, a new take on a classic spinning ride.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas will have an all-new boardwalk area, the Fiesta Bay Boardwalk. The park will also add the Spinsanity ride, as well as Fireball, featuring a massive 7-story looping frenzy. Hurricane Force 5 is another new ride that allows riders to take on the power of a storm and swirl round-and-round while soaring high into the air.
