HOUSTON – New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu joins Houston Mayor Annise Parker, former Houston mayor Bill White and former Harris County Judge Robert Eckels held a press conference Thursday to mark the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and thank the citizens of Houston for sheltering New Orleaneans fleeing before the storm.
