HOUSTON – The woman who head-butted an employee at a Walmart will spend a year on probation.  Jessica Albitz received the sentence after agreeing to deferred adjudication on Tuesday.

The Harris County District Attorney's Office charged Albitz with assault after cell phone video of the scuffle surfaced online.

Albitz told KPRC 2 that the fight was a result of bad customer service during a tax session at Jackson Hewitt station located inside the Deer Park store.

"I hope I broke her nose," Albitz said after the fight. "I hope she has two black eyes, and I hope she remembers me for the rest of her life."

Albitz said the employee was "talking trash" to her husband.  She said she returned to the store the following day to shop, and that is when the fight broke out.  It was all caught on camera and the video went viral.
