1 dead, another injured after shooting in northwest Harris County
HOUSTON – Deputies are investigating after two men were shot at an apartment complex in northwest Harris County.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the shooting began at the Costa Ibiza apartment homes in the 17200 block of Hafer Road around 11:15 p.m. Monday.
Two people in a red Chevrolet four-door car drove one of the victims to the Houston Northwest Medical Center where he was pronounced dead Tuesday morning.
Deputies have taken those two individuals, along with the second injured victim, into questioning to investigate what led to the shooting.
The victim's identity who died at the hospital has not been released.
