Man accused of swinging 1-year-old by hair, hitting her head on ground No description found
HOUSTON – A father was taken into custody after a passerby saw him swinging his 1-year-old daughter by her hair and hitting her head on the concrete, according to Houston police.
Authorities said the incident happened in the 13400 block of Boise about 9 p.m. Monday.
Officers said Trake Mckinney, 24, was arrested and charged with injury to a child under 15. He was taken to the East Houston Regional Medical Center for observation.
His daughter was taken to Texas Children's Hospital with bruises to her arms, and cuts and bumps on her face.
