HOUSTON â The alleged 14-year-old mastermind behind the robbery of a man she met through an online dating service went before a judge Monday.
The teen's 18-year-old sister was originally charged with the crime but investigators said the younger teen was behind the whole thing, and this isn't her first brush with the law.

The teen sobbed throughout her detention hearing as charges were read against her. The juvenile is charged with aggravated assault and aggravated robbery charges for allegedly posing as her sister on an online dating site, luring men and robbing them.
Monday morning's hearing is the latest twist in a case that seems to keep turning. While the details are the same, those accused in the crime have changed.
The 14-year-old is accused of posing as her sister, Brittany Davis, and creating a profile on the Plenty of Fish dating website, which she allegedly used to set up unsuspecting men.
In one incident, a man told police he agreed to meet a woman whom he thought was Davis at an apartment complex in southwest Houston. But instead of meeting Davis, police say the 14-year-old met the man on a stairwell, then walked away as two men approached him, tried to rob him, and shot him in the chest.
Davis was charged in the crime and a mugshot of her crying went viral after being released by police. But it turned out, police had the wrong person.
Upon further investigation, charges against Davis were dropped and her sister was charged.
The alleged shooter has also been arrested and charged.Â
Police arrested Marcus Williams on Saturday. Williams has been charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
