Porter man faces up to 40 years in prison for possession of child porn No description found
PORTER, Texas – A Porter man could face decades behind bars for possession of child pornography.
Kenneth Ferguson, 39, was arrested in 2013 and accused of downloading and sharing child pornography online from his apartment on FM 1314. The Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable's Office said Ferguson admitted to downloading pornographic videos.
Ferguson pleaded guilty to four counts of possession of child pornography last week. A jury returned a sentence of 10 years per count.
Deputies said a judge will decide if Ferguson will serve his sentences concurrently.
