46-year-old accused of masturbating in front of 9-year-old No description found
FREEPORT, Texas – A 46-year-old man is accused of walking into a Buc-ees near Freeport and masturbating in front of a 9-year-old girl.
Police said Darren Holly has been charged with indecency with a child by exposure.
Authorities said Holly went to the store at 1002 North Brazosport about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday and was caught on a surveillance camera during the incident.
Freeport police said Holly walked into the Freeport Police Department about 4 p.m. Wednesday to turn himself in. He is being held in the city jail on a $25,000 bond.
According to authorities, there are other exposure cases pending against Holly with other police departments.
