Bicyclist struck, killed by vehicle in Meyerland area No description found
HOUSTON – A bicyclist was killed Friday morning after being struck by a vehicle in the Meyerland area, according to Houston police.
A man was riding a bicycle northbound in the 9300 block of South Post Oak at the South Loop feeder, near a Walmart, when he was struck by a red Toyota Corolla.
Police said the Toyota driver had the right-of-way and remained on the scene with the victim until paramedics arrived.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
