Houston dad tattoos son's face on his own

HOUSTON – Most tattoos have a story to tell and for one Houston dad, that couldn't be more true.

Christien Sechrist, 20, has a tattoo of his son's face on his left cheek. He said he's gotten a lot of feedback on social media both positive and negative about his decision to put the permanent ink on his face.

He explains the reason he did it was because he wanted his son, Perseus, to always be with him and this was a way to do it.

"Love makes you do crazy things and I love my son more than anything and I would do it over again and over again," said Sechrist.

Sechrist said he got the tattoo because his then-girlfriend wouldn't let him see their child

Now they are friends and she admits she should have never kept the little boy from his father in the first place.
