HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A woman was found dead late Monday evening in her northwest Harris County apartment on West Road near Jackrabbit Road.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office arrived at the Club at Copperleaf Apartments in northwest Harris County late Monday evening.
Sheriff's detectives said family and friends of the woman made the discovery after she failed to show for work and didn't answer her phone.
Detectives are not yet saying how the woman died or releasing her identity. They did mention that upon their arrival a man was frantically yelling that his roommate was stabbed to death.
Investigators were questioning several people, including the woman's male roommate, who detectives said is not considered a suspect.
