PASADENA, Texas – Two women were arrested Thursday after an investigation into a tip about local prostitutes robbing men who solicited their services, detectives said.
The Pasadena Narcotics Task Force said the prostitutes posted local advertisements for an escort service called "Early Morning Loving."

Authorities responded to the ad and arranged to meet the women. Detectives said that while the undercover officer was talking to one woman, the second woman stole $300 and left the room. A short time later, police said the second woman made an excuse to go to her vehicle and then tried to flee from police.
Melissa Guerrero, 36, and Selene Canales, 29, were arrested a short time later. Guerrero was charged with theft and Canales was charged with evading.
