Two men arrested for running unlicensed erectile dysfunction clinic No description found
HOUSTON â Two men have been accused of running an erectile dysfunction clinic without a license.
Kenneth Ulishney, 60, and Randy Herrera, 21, are facing charges or unlawful practice of medicine and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
According to court documents, one of the clinic's patients became concerned when none of the treatments worked.
When that patient went to another clinic, the doctor ran a background check and found that Ulishney and Herrera were not licensed to practice.
Both men are being held in the Harris County Jail in lieu of $7,000 bonds.
