GoJo device put to the test

No description found

HOUSTON –  If you have a job where you have to multitask, there is a new device that a YouTube infomercial says can help you talk on the phone while you do just about anything.

So we put it up to the challenge on our "As Seen On TV Tuesday" segment.
The infomercial for the GoJo shows the announcer sliding the headset on with one simple fluid swipe over his head.

The infomercial says the GoJo is designed to go on with one hand, so you can keep your eyes on the road.

To make it work, you first have to stick a suction cup to the back of your phone, then put the headset on.  It says it will hold your phone in place while you work or even work out.

The infomercial claims it can hold the weight of your phone, even the weight of a five pound laptop. We passed it around our newsroom, but that didn't always happen. For many of our staffers, the phone kept falling off.

Also, our staffers found it hard to put the headset on. The phone did not stay attached and we can't recommend this product that we found for just under $7 at Bed, Bath and Beyond.
