Family and friends hold visitation for murdered Baytown teenager

BAYTOWN, Texas – A Baytown family prepared to bury their murdered 18-year-old son Wednesday night.

A service for Alex Chavez is set to be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday at Crespo and Jirrels Funeral home on Garth Road.

Family and friends gathered in Baytown for a visitation for Chavez Wednesday.

The bodies of Chavez and Jarvis Morgan were missing for two weeks before they were found in a Chambers County bayou.

Four men are charged with capital murder in connection to their deaths.  Brandon Flores is the only one who has not been arrested.
