Man accused of sending nude photos to underage girl through KIK app

ATASCOCITA – An Atascocita man is accused of sending nude pictures to an underage girl in Georgia.

Brandon Sean Brown is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.

Investigators received a complaint from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in Georgia that Brown was sexually communicating with a minor. He is accused of sending a nude image to a 12-year-old girl in Georgia by using the app KIK. 

Brown was located in Harris County and arrested. According to deputy constables, Brown told investigators that he knew the age of the child with whom he was communicating.

Brown's phone was forensically processed, and investigators said hundreds of images of child pornography were discovered.

Investigators with the Harris County Precinct Four Constable's Office High Tech Crimes Unit and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force  previously arrested Brown on one count of sale, distribution or display of harmful material to a minor.
