Dallas area sex offender with foot fetish arrested in Houston No description found
HOUSTON – The Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force arrested a Dallas-area sex offender with a foot fetish Thursday.
The task force said Harry John Russo was picked up at a Houston motel for failing to register as a sex offender. He's on the state's lifetime registry for a 1979 incident where he tried to rape a woman.
His most recent conviction came from incidents in North Texas.
He was convicted in 2013 of indecent exposure after offering women $20 in exchange for letting him see their feet.
