HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in a northeast Houston apartment parking lot on Saturday.
Shortly after midnight, officers responded to a report of gunshots at 16811 City View Place and arrived to find a witness attempting to aid a shooting victim.

Paramedics pronounced the victim, 28-year-old Terrance Garrett, dead at the scene.
At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s) in this incident.
