Stephen Collins, the actor who played TV's minister father on '7th Heaven,' has been accused of molesting children.
According to TMZ, Collins could be heard on tape admitting to exposing himself to underage girls. One of them was 11 years old and it is believed she was a relative of Collins' first wife. Collins allegedly said there was a moment of touching, where he placed her hand on his body part.

Collins allegedly made the admission during a therapy session and his wife, actress Faye Grant, recorded it. Grant and Collins are going through a bitter divorce and Grant recorded it as evidence.
Her attorney allegedly told her it was legal to tape conversations if there is evidence that the subject committed a violent felony. Collins filed for divorce in 2012.
The New York Police Department is now conducting a criminal investigation, according to TMZ.
