HOUSTON – When it comes to the most boring cities in America, you don't have to look far. Lubbock was named the most boring city, in a recent blog by Movato .
Irving also made the top 5, coming in at 4. The results come from surveying things like nightlife per capita, fast food, arts and entertainment per capita and population density.
