Police: Funnel cloud spotted in League City

LEAGUE CITY, Texas – A funnel cloud was spotted in League City Friday morning, according to police.

The police department sent a message via Twitter stating the funnel cloud was spotted near Tuscan Lakes in League City. That's where one Local 2 viewer captured video of the funnel cloud.

Another Local 2 viewer shot video of the funnel cloud from League City Parkway.

At this time, no watches or warnings have been issued by the National Weather Service.
