CPS retains custody of boy starved and locked in closet No description found
HOUSTON – A little boy investigators say was starved and locked in a closet at his father's home will remain in the custody of Children's Protective Services.
For now, Jordan Bleimeyer, 5, will remain with a relative after Monday's custody hearing.
His biological mother Windy Hall will continue to have unlimited access to the boy.
Hall's boyfriend is also allowed to see Jordan, but his visits must be supervised.
