She's accused of breaking into the home of fellow Dr. Marcelle Mallery, who also happens to be friends with Dr. Siler-Fisher's husband, Dr. Brandon Fisher.
According to police, Dr. Siler-Fisher broke into the house through a "doggy door," and then used lipstick to scrawl the words "whore" and "home-wrecker" on a bathroom mirror.
According to court documents, the break-in was recorded on video by home security cameras.
Police say Dr. Siler-Fisher also sent Mallery a total of 25 text messages in a period of 16 hours.
Dr. Fisher is medical director of the Ben Taub hospital's emergency center.
Under the pre-trial diversion program, an alternative to prosecution, Siler-Fisher's record will be cleared if she stays out of trouble for a year.
