Nude woman arrested at local spa
Two women were arrested in the undercover sting.
HARRIS COUNTY – Two women were arrested after an undercover officer was allegedly offered massage services inside a business even though it had no license for such services.
The Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Regulatory Enforcement Unit teamed up with the Harris County Precinct 1 Constables Office to perform the compliance inspection at Oasis Spa, located in the 1300 block of West FM 1960.
According to investigators, Oasis Spa is not a licensed massage establishment and the employees are not licensed to offer or perform massage services.
Casey Wright, 38, and Juan Wei Fu, 43, were both arrested and charged with failing to obtain a Sexually-Oriented Business permit.
Investigators said Wright was nude when she was arrested and therefore charged with nudity at a business.
