HOUSTON – A salon owner is fighting back after she says her salon is being kicked out of the Galleria.
Angela Natt has leased space in the Galleria Mall for the last seven years for her two Versatile Beauty Salons, but she knew she needed to leave that space to make room for the expansion of Saks Fifth Avenue.

Natt made plans to rent another space in the mall, but she claims the Galleria blocked her efforts with multiple excuses.
She believes the Galleria does not want her business in the mall because it is minority-owned and not "high-end" enough.
Natt has filed a lawsuit against the Galleria and its property owners.
The property owners responded with this statement:
"It is our policy not to comment on either proprietary landlord tenant issues or pending litigation."
