HOUSTON – A pair of burglars are on the run after they broke into a Walgreens in northwest Houston.
It happened around 3:15 a.m. at the store on 2808 N. Gessner and Kempwood.
Investigators said a worker with the security company saw two men with bandanas on their faces putting cigarettes in a large bag after they triggered the alarm.
The men ran away before officers arrived.
Police said the thieves pried a door open in order to get inside.
