ARLINGTON, Texas – The Texas Giant roller coaster at Six Flags over Texas will be open again.

They ruled out any mechanical failure of the ride.

Rosa Esparaza died in July after slipping out of her seat and falling to her death.

The family filed a lawsuit today against Six Flags.

The roller coaster will reopen on Friday, now with a special seat before getting on to make sure all body shapes will fit in the restraints.
