Having pioneered the world's first facial hair transplant, Dr. Bessam Farjo has seen a six-fold in the amount of men having the surgery across the pond.
Dr. Farjo said men are getting the transplant to fill in gaps and create what he calls "designer stubble."
Brad Pitt's beard is often cited by men in their 40s as the most desired beard, while David Beckham's is popular with men in their 20s and 30s.
