3 arrested in bank robbery No description found
HOUSTON – Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with a bank robbery on Monday.
FBI officials said a man held up the Amegy Bank in the 500 block of Kingwood Drive shortly after noon.
Witnesses told investigators that the robber had a gun and aggressively demanded cash.
The man got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Houston police went to the bank and their investigation led them to a nearby gas station, where they arrested two men and a woman. Investigators have not said what roles the second man and the woman played in the robbery. Their names have not been released.
Detectives said they recovered the money taken during the robbery.
