Levine unveiled the team's new jerseys and helmets for the 2012 season on Monday during Media Day.

The new jerseys look a lot like the old ones, but the Houston letters on the front of the jersey are a lot more prominent and include the new logo.

Also, this is the last year the jerseys will have the Conference USA patch on them since the team will be moving to the Big East Conference next season.

The new uniforms also have a patch commemorating the team's final season at Robertson Stadium.

The stadium will be demolished at the end of the season in December to make room for a new $105 million football stadium that scheduled to open in 2014.

The team's new helmets are a deeper red, and feature the new 3-dimensional interlocking UH logo.

The new season for UH begins on Saturday, Sept. 1 against Texas State at Robertson Stadium.
