Friendswood police said they got a call about a large party on Creek Bend Drive early on July 30.
According to police, when they arrived, they heard loud music and saw two women practicing the balance beam on top of a fence.
The crowd scattered when the officers approached, officials said. Officers said they saw beer cans, a bottle of Jim Beam, a beer pong table, marijuana residue, glass pipes and a marijuana grinder in the back yard.
Several of the minors at the party were drunk, investigators said.
According to officers, Nguyen admitted she purchased the alcohol and knew minors were drinking.
One of the drunk minors was 19-year-old Charles Linderman, police said.
Investigators said Linderman incited two intoxicated girls to fight. He was arrested.
Twelve minors received citations for consuming alcohol, police said.
