No description foundHOUSTON – A teen is charged with improper photography after police say he texted his ex-girlfriend's mother a topless picture of her daughter.
According to court documents, Kevin Saldana threatened to post the picture on the internet if he wasn't allowed to talk to the girl.
Posting the picture would have been considered distribution of child porn because the girl was 15.
