Ellen surprises Fresno woman with house

Lisa Jarmon gets house from Ellen DeGeneres

FRESNO, Texas – A Fresno, Texas, woman who is a big fan of Ellen DeGeneres' show got a surprise of a lifetime.

Lisa Jarmon, a mother of four, first appeared on Ellen in March 2011. She came home with a brand new car.

Ellen loves to surprise Jarmon, and this time she did it with a new house.

Once she was handed the keys to the house, she went inside.

"Oh my God!" Jarmon shouted. "I didn't know it was furnished. I love it to death."

Then Ellen gave Jarmon a housewarming gift -- a picture.

"It's us on Ellen!" Jarmon said.

The custom home by KB Homes is about 3,000 square-feet and worth about $250,000. The furnishings inside are valued at more than $150,000.

The surprise is the biggest in Ellen's history. It's the first time the show has given away a new home.
