HOUSTON – Three men have been charged in a shooting that left one man dead and wounded two others.
Anthony Avalos, 25, Justin McGee, 20, and Arthur McSwain, 27, have been charged with capital murder.
Detectives said the three killed Chajioke Ukegbu, 21, and wounded two other people during a robbery in the 8300 block of South Course Drive about 10:20 p.m. on Sept. 14.
Police said Avalos, McGee and McSwain were arrested on Thursday.
