Three armed men forced their way into the game room through a controlled access door, investigators said.
Detectives said the men ordered three patrons to get on the floor and used duct tape to tie up their wrists and legs.
An employee was ordered to hand over keys to the game machines so the men could get the money out, deputies said.
After the men left with about $1,500, the victims freed themselves and called 911, investigators said.
One of the suspects was described as white, in his 20s, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
A second suspect was described as Hispanic and in his mid- to late-20s with short, spiked black hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
The third suspect was described as black, in his late 20s, 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and 150 to 160 pounds with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. He left a nickel-plated revolver on a game machine, officials said.
The men did not wear gloves or masks during the robbery, detectives said.
