Josue Westrup Jr. is accused of rubbing the shoulders of some students, touching their legs and making comments about their appearance.

"I will tell you that he's not guilty," his father, Josue Westrup Sr. said.
The elder Westrup told Local 2 that his son has been teaching for 12 years and has a master's degree in education.
In an email, officials with the Pearland Independent School District said a 15-year-old student told the principal that Westrup had "creeped her out."
Another 15-year-old girl made the same allegation. The parents of one of the girls decided to press charges.
Police say a total of four students came forward with similar stories and Westrup resigned.
"It is my understanding that that girl has already had another teacher fired last year," the elder Westrup said.
The younger Westrup was given a citation for assault and will have to appear before a judge in November.
"Pearland ISD takes the safety and security of its students seriously," the district said in a statement. "The district will continue to work closely with law enforcement to ensure that campuses provide an environment where students feel safe and focus on learning."
