Dying Man Tells Officers He Was Shot
HOUSTON – Shortly before a man died, he was able to tell police officers that he had been shot multiple times, investigators said.
Houston police said Victor Molinares, 30, was found lying on the side of the road in the 6600 block of Ashcroft Drive about 2:15 a.m. Sunday.
Patrol officers arrived at the scene and were able to talk to Molinares for a short time. Molinares was able to tell the officers that he was shot multiple times, but police have not said if he gave them any other details.
Molinares was taken to Ben Taub Hospital, where he died.
Detectives said they do not have any suspects.
