Ingredients: 1 package H-E-B Texas Heritage Jalapeno & Cheese Hot Dogs, or Nathan's All-Beef Wieners. 6 to 10 slices uncooked thin-sliced bacon. 1 jar Texas Brew Wild Blueberry Bourbon Sauce.
Directions: 1. Wrap one slice (or one-half slice, as desired) of bacon around each hot dog. Secure with toothpicks or skewers, if necessary. Hot dogs may be grilled or cooked on the stove in a skillet or grill pan. 2. For Grill: prepare a charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill over Medium-High heat, turning as needed, to prevent flare-ups. Cook until bacon is crispy; brush with sauce while turning. 3. For Stovetop: heat a large non-stick skillet or grill pan over Medium-High heat. Cook, turning, until bacon is crispy; brush with sauce. Serve while hot.
