The City of Houston and Mayor Sylvester Turner has streamlined the process of reporting potholes.
Citizens can dial 311, or 713.837.0311 if located outside of Houston. They can also download the app or report the pothole online.
Potholes are usually filled within 1-3 days but may take longer during high volume days.
