Season 4 premieres Oct. 4 with “The Stiletto Killer”, which features the case of Ana Trujillo who was convicted of murdering her doctor boyfriend with her stiletto heel. She claimed it was self-defense.

“I regret many things. They say that [the incident is] my fault because I have no proof that he hurt me because I never reported it. I was protecting him,” Trujillo told KPRC 2 in 2014 during a nearly hour-long interview from prison.
