Megan Thee Stallion helps cover funeral costs of fan

Houston native Megan Thee Stallion donated more than $8,000 to help cover the funeral costs for one of her fans, Complex reports.

According to Complex, one of the Houston rapper’s Hottie named Shaniah had died unexpectedly last week and her family was struggling to cover the funeral costs.

Megan was made aware of the tragic news by Twitter user @Selenachichis who tweeted her, “Meg we lost a hottie 😭 our best friend passed away unexpectedly. They absolutely loved you, listening to ur songs was something we did every time we were together. We’re helping their family w funeral costs. We started a gofundme & are halfway there. @theestallion.

The GoFundMe campaign was created three days ago with a target of $16,000 to cover the cost of Shaniah’s funeral service.

The goal was surpassed by Megan who made an $8,155 donation, which she shared on Twitter in response to @Selenachichis’ tweet her regarding the campaign.
