1 bag frozen vegetables (your choice) 1 jar All Natural Texas Two-Step Tomatillo and Green Chili Stew Mix 1 bag O'brien potatoes 8 ounces (2 cups) shredded Mexican blend Cheese 2 sheets Puff Pastry 1 Rotisserie Chicken shredded
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. . 2. Combine chicken, stew, potatoes, and vegetables. Transfer mixture to prepared puff pastry baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Add second puff pastry, and seal edges. 3. Bake 20 -30 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes.
Banana Caramel Bread Pudding
1 Loaf of HEB Bake Shop French Toast Bread 3 Cups of Heavy Cream ½ Cup sugar ½ Stick Butter, melted 4 Large Eggs 2 tsp. Frio Farms Whiskey Vanilla Or Caramel Extract 1 Jar Bayou Brother's Banana Foster dessert sauce 1 tsp. Cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cube bread into ½" cubes. 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, sugar, melted butter, cream and vanilla together. Add cubed bread to bowl; toss to mix. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes. 3. Pour bread mixture into a prepared 9x13" baking dish. Pour Banana Foster Culinary Sauce over the top. Sprinkle cinnamon to finish. 4. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Turn down heat to 300 degrees and finish uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
