HOUSTON – Ingredients:
4-6 tilapia filets
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Rub of choice
2 Tbsp Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil or Avocado Oil
½ jar Cookwell & Co. Tomatillo & Green Chile Salsa
Directions:
1. Season tilapia and preheat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Sear fish approximately 3-4 minutes per side, or until fish is opaque in color and easily flakes apart when fork tested.
3. Pour sauce over fish and top with your choice of green onions, cilantro and/or queso fresco.
