Cherry Pomegranate Glazed Salmon

2. 6 ounce filets of salmon
1 tbsp. Adams Reserve Sweet and Spicy Seafood Salmon Rub
1/3 jar Roberts Reserve Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce
Chopped cilantro, optional garnish

Directions:

  • Season salmon with rub.
  • Heat skillet or grill to medium high.
  • Sear salmon flesh side down for 2 minutes. Flip filets over. Reduce heat to medium and allow to finish cooking for 10 more minutes.
  • Remove fish from heat and glaze with cherry sauce. Top with cilantro.
