New Orleans BBQ Shrimp Po' Boy

1   lb shrimp (16/20 count or smaller), peeled and deveined
3   tablespoons butter, cubed
½  jar Cookwell New Orleans BBQ Shrimp Mix
1   fresh French baguette, sliced into 4 parts

  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion
  • Creole mustard and mayonnaise

  • Heat skillet to medium-high
  • Toss shrimp with BBQ Shrimp Mix. Allow shrimp to marinate in sauce for 10minutes.  
  • Place butter in skillet. When butter has melted, add shrimp to hot skillet and sear for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of shrimp when they are almost done.
  • Remove shrimp from skillet and build po'boys using French bread, veggies, and mayo/mustard.
