KPRC 2 is looking for a Creative Marketing Solutions Manager to build and lead a modern creative marketing function that drives both audience growth and revenue.
This is a high impact, leadership role responsible for turning creative capabilities into business results — developing revenue-generating branded content, marketing solutions, and multiplatform campaigns that connect with audiences and create value for clients.
You will lead a team that delivers commercial production, promotional campaigns, and sponsored content, while evolving the group from a production resource into a strategic, revenue-generating partner across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Creative Marketing Solutions function, evolving it into a strategic partner across the organization
- Define and grow how the station monetizes its creative capabilities across platforms, partnerships, and clients
- Drive the development of branded content, campaigns, and marketing solutions that deliver measurable audience and business results
- Partner with sales to create and grow revenue opportunities, including client campaigns, sponsorships, and integrated marketing solutions
- Develop and package creative offerings that can be scaled across clients, platforms, and partnerships
- Lead the team in executing high-impact creative work across commercial production, station marketing, and sponsored content
- Establish and refine workflows, standards, and processes that improve speed, quality, and scalability
- Collaborate with audience growth, newsroom, and content teams to align creative strategy with audience behavior and platform needs
- Push innovation in format, storytelling, and distribution to better connect with modern audiences
- Coach and develop team members, elevating both creative quality and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, media studies, or related field or equivalent job experience.
- Proven ability to lead and scale creative, marketing, or branded content initiatives that drive measurable results
- Experience developing revenue-generating campaigns, partnerships, or marketing solutions
- Strong understanding of how content performs across broadcast, digital, social, and streaming platforms
- Ability to connect creative strategy to business outcomes, including audience growth and revenue impact
- Experience building workflows, processes, or systems that improve efficiency and scalability
- Comfortable working across sales, editorial, and marketing teams to align creative work with broader organizational goals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and elevate creative teams
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across departments
- Experience in fast-paced media, content, or agency environments preferred
