More isolated to scattered showers and storms on Sunday. Here's the timeline.
Saturday's storms dropped .04" to over an inch and a half of rain across Harris County. Storm chances have dwindled, but there is still a chance for an isolated shower well north of Harris County.
Sunday will have partly cloudy skies and a chance for showers and storms. Some light showers will develop along the coast and push inland throughout the morning. Another area of development will start in the afternoon and continue through the evening in and around Houston. Sunday is not a washout, but if you get caught under a thunderstorm, expect gusty winds and heavy downpours.
In the temperature department, we start Sunday off in the upper 70s, a warm morning, and the heat continues to pump temperatures into the upper 80s and low 90s by the afternoon.
Have a great weekend.
