Woman robbed by gun-wielding woman after foot chase, trip caught on camera

HOUSTON – A 34-year-old woman was robbed by two other woman on April 12 around 10 a.m., Houston police said.

The woman was walking in front of a shopping center in the 10900 block of the North Freeway when she said a silver Honda Civic with two other women inside stopped near her.

The passenger got out of the car with a gun and started running toward the woman, police said.

The woman ran, but tripped and fell -- dropping her purse and phone.

The woman in pursuit picked up the items and ran back to the waiting car, according to police.

The whole incident was caught on surveillance cameras.

The women are described as Hispanic, between 20 and 24 years old, between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing between 125 and 150 pounds, with black hair.

"I hope they find them. What goes around comes around," shopper Eric Vannorman said.
